PLACING ORDERS
What do I do if I made an error on my order?
Please email us at support@itsgodsrainbow.com. During our business hours, we can make changes within 15 minutes of an order being placed. If we are not able to make that change for you, we do offer returns and exchanges.
How do I check the status of my Order?
When your order is processed you be notified by email if you supplied that to us during the check out process. If you registered by creating an account then you can login in to your account to check the status of your order. You can contact us by email at support@itsgodsrainbow.com or you can call us at (888) 840-9425 between the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged the moment the order is placed, and once it goes through you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail. If your card is declined, we will not take any payment and you will not receive a confirmation e-mail. In this case, please remember that some card issuers may still place funds on hold temporarily. If you have any questions or concerns about a payment issue, please e-mail us at support@itsgodsrainbow.com
Why was I charged sales tax?
Because Missouri state law requires the collection of sales tax for all orders placed in this state. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I Review my products after I have received them?
Simply open your web browser and go back to our website It's God's Rainbow and select the product that you wish to review. If you look to the right of the product image you will see five stars under the title of the product. Next to the five stars will be a link that you click on titled "Write a Review." Fill out the form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

Do you offer free shipping?
We will offer free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
Do you ship international or to military bases?
We do not currently offer international shipping but hope to offer this in the near future. However we do ship to military bases within the United States.
